We founded The Rivington Group to help organizations get the most out of their people by learning to
invest in them rather than extract from them.
While advising clients on strategic change, we were struck by how little effort was focused on changing leadership and staff behavior to keep up with organizational change. Leaders across a variety of industries consistently communicated that people are at the heart of their greatest accomplishments,
